No because I boycott any game that causes a $40 rise for all new games for the sake of greed.
what...? im confused when did the game that sold over 13m copies become so hated? and where did this hate ignite from???
Activision decided to hike up the price just because.
Anyway, no. The first Modern Warfare was terrible, generic, and not even mildly entertaining. The campaign was average at best, and the multiplayer that was held in such high regard is a horrible grind-fest. I refuse to pay for more of the same.
Alright, here's someone that's obviously
trying to hate Call of Duty 4. Just because it's cool to hate popular things doesn't make CoD4 a bad game.
The campaign was generic? I don't seem to see multiple changes in environment and high-action modern warfare generic. Add to that the fact that you can shoot through walls (a feature every FPS game should have) and a story that's heaps better than most FPS (that's not saying much), and you have absolutely no right to call the game generic.
The multiplayer can't really be called a grindfest, as there's more than just Deathmatch mode. Customizable classes, perks, and incentive to unlock new weapons through leveling up make it about the freshest multiplayer experience since Perfect Dark.
If you don't like FPS games, just say so.
