I wouldn't even think about eating just part of it first (Seriously? That would be weird and also leave you with a crappy biscuit and some rather sticky caramel eaten at different times... No the biscuit is necessary to avoid getting the caramel stuck all over the mouth and the caramel is necessary to give flavour to the biscuit)
That said, I'm not a huge fan of Twix, sure I'll eat them but I'd go for other chocolate bars over them (Such as Snickers <3)

As a straw. Bite the chocolate off either end, stick one end in a glass of milk and you get a biscuity, caramelly, delicious straw. Once the drink is finished, you eat the straw.

you guys are missing a trick.
The even better way to eat them is to bite off both ends, then use it as straw to slurp up your tea/coffee, before you scoff the whole thing, which is now all tea/coffee infused and delicious.
