I'm kind of shy when I meet new people so I find it difficult. Most of the time I'm too focused on being myself to think about flirting.
I generally just talk to girls I don't know, and actually meet a lot of people that way. going to an all boys high school helped me to break any and all shyness because if I didn't approach every girl I was interested in, I would never meet women. I must say, I'm very proud of myself for becoming such a confident person, and I consider myself to be quite good at dropping sweet little compliments, and saying just the right thing.
I have no capacity to flirt lol. First 2 Gfs were online-only and they failed. Ive since had 2 more girls and 1 guy hit on me, and one girl irl "semi" go out with me who I took to the prom. And with my gf right now it was love basically at first sight but we never said anything for a while. Flirting confuses me since Im such a blunt person.
I flirt with everyone I'm attracted to.

I don't... At least, I don't try to. I just talk to girls; I don't know if what I say could be considered "flirting" or not.
On the other hand, I am completely incapable of just walking up to someone and talking to them if I don't know them.
As for people flirting with me, I am completely oblivious.

having said that, if I'm talking to a girl online I will make fairly blunt statements alluding to doing a bit of the horizontal mambo. I like to think it's part of my charm.

I'm just pretty inexperienced when it comes to human "courtship rituals". A while back, there was a girl who was definitely into me, and I was clueless until she decided to hold my hand. Even then, I had no idea how to navigate the moderate make-out session that followed. It worked out all right in the end, but I was just confronted by how bad I am with the opposite sex.
I'm determined to change that.

I generally don't flirt, because I'm terrible at it, I've got a bad self image (I'm not good enough), and when I'm actually interested I'm too shy to actually do anything.

I don't. I just don't see it as a good use of my time. To much work for a very small chance for a very small reward. If I did ever flirt though, I'd probably try a little light chatting.
