Poll: How do you sit?

I generally sit however I feel comfortable at the time. Most often the "4 legs" thing, and if not that, I will for some reason sit cross-legged in my seat. It's either those two, or both feet on the ground.

On a rare occasion, I'll gradually slip from "4 legs" to having my legs crossed.

On friday someone commented on me sitting very femine. So I Was wondering how my fellow escapists sit and what gender they are so I can prove that I'm not the only guy who sits with thier legs crossed! Or maybe I am... Doesn't matter onto the explaining of seating positions!

If I'm on the floor (which I actually prefer most of the time) its cross legged. But if I'm on a sofa or chair I tend to sit like in the first figure but with one leg put under me so that I'm still on it basically.
Both feel comfortable to me, but of course I switch through all of them.

cross legged when the armrests don't get in the way, on the other hand, when I am at a formal or semiformal event, I try to go with 4 legs or just plain 2 legs.

I usually sit on my other leg. Sometimes I cross them.

One the Floor:

Indian style, or, I have my legs are stretched out in front of me.

It just seems very odd to have my legs apart while I'm drinking, unless it's lager or ale.

I know people who sit on one leg all the time, and it looks painful to me. I think your friend called it "feminine", OP, because a huge guy like me would break his foot by sitting on it that way.
