I'm not technically overweight (according to BMI), but I do have a little fat that I've got to get rid of. Though I am working at that (jogging 5 times a week).

According to the BMI calculator, I am overweight, so I picked that. To bad it's worthless when you figure in actual body fat calculations. I'm at 12% body fat.

Remember though, according to the BMI calculator Shaq is morbidly obese.

I'm 6'2" and 200 lbs, which is just right for my stats, but I definitely have a belly. Should buy myself an Ab-Blaster 3000 or something.

I'm tall and thin, but thats probably due to the weed.
I seriously doubt you're my little brother, but he's pretty close to the same condition as you. Tall, thin, and a pothead. Oddly enough, he doesn't get munchies.

Let's see-- 6'2" and 220 lbs. Bit on the large side, but I like it that way-- people don't fuck with the big dude with a beard.

183 pounds at 5.11, means i'm .4 over weight. Which seems pretty weird. But hey if thats what the math says.

Either way alot of people are getting bigger, whether through over eating, poor diet or lack of exercize. To a point modern life does frown upon these things but there are little things we can do, such as jogging, press ups etc to make us fitter. Its just a matter of taking the time off to do the little things.

I mean the Spanish/Mexicans have a one hour sleep in the middle of the day... why can't we get an hour free to do some sit ups?

and by skinny I mean I can lift and carry the guy with having had no prior weight traning in my life

The problem with the BMI is that it doesn't account for fat vs lean weight.
That's true. However, I think many people with an overweight or obese BMI like to attribute the excess weight to being all muscle, when in fact they really have never been tested. The truth of the matter is that, as a whole, individuals with an overweight or obese BMI are more likely to have a higher percentage of body fat than individuals with a normal weight BMI.

I believe my BMI is under 25, so normal. Which is amazing, considering I spend most of my day in front of a computer and love sugar.

I'd say I'm about the 'beanpole' range. Just imagine a 6'4" guy who weighs 170 pounds.
Whoa. We have the same height/weight. Then again, I hardly ever eat junk food and I do running and kickboxing. I do need to hit the weights, though.

Obese. Like really, really fat. I'm about twice the weight of most people my age. Meh, If I cared enough I'd do something about it.

Edit: *looks at above post*

I will make my minions attack you, they are thin and can outrun your puny legs, then I will kill you...somehow.

I am 6' 2" and 210. I life weights so that is good for me.

And screw the BMI index. It is all messed up. By the BMI Arnold Schwarzenegger is fat and over weight. Do not trust it.

I'm 5'8 and 139 pounds and not much is muscle...I owe my fat not to junk food but to a milk addiction. When I was little, I thought milk was x10 as beneficiary as water, and drank 2% to access, to the point where I'd have half a gallon a night.
Milk is actually one of the best sources of protein when lifting weights. If you drink a lot of milk just start lifting some weights. Milk puts pounds on the muscle FAST.
