Technically, I've been in four relationships, 1 in middle school, 3 in high school, and so far, none in college. Ironically, the middle school relationship lasted the longest (about 15 months or so) while the high school relationships were 1 month, 2 months, and 8 months in that order. For the most part though, they were essentially platonic for me. I never was interested in being physically intimate with them, to the point my relationships have been described as a "G-rated couple."
Each relationship I've accepted were mostly the results of my difficulty with turning people down (I'm a bit of a people-pleaser, I guess). I personally ended every relationship I was in because I simply couldn't maintain interest.
Depending on how you define a relationship, you could argue that I've been in none at all, but that's been entirely due to a lack of strong physical (or long-term emotional) desire to be intimate with another human being. I've found that friendship and family can fulfill my basic social needs, and my passion as a musician has given me more happiness than any relationship ever has (or will).
