I told Pimp the same thing in your thread.

Why the Orange by the way? I preferred the dancing Bacon thing you used to have.
It's a muthafukkin' tangerine!

[sub]so i can do that[/sub]
Sure it isn't a Tangelo?
Clowns are afraid of Tangelos.. 'Messes with their equilibrium.

On topic though, I am the same way. I think the last dream that I can actually recall was bout a year ago, in the summer.

I remember my dreams, quite a few of them. And frankly, my dreams are AWESOME, at least all the ones i can remember. Some of them are downright bizarre though. I haven't had a nightmare that i can remember since like the 6th grade. The only downside to this is that it makes me want to sleep more than normal, so i end up sleeping ALOT.

Ever had those dreams where you step off a large cliff into a bottomless abyss and wake up kicking your leg?

I never get good dreams anymore. It's very hard to remember a dream, because for me it stops coming to me when i try to recall me growing into a giant monster in a small bathroom without actually growing too big for the room, and then opening the door like I'm normal sized. The only dream i can really recall is me diving off a giant cliff and swimming through the air.

Remember, the notepad only works when you get woken up in the middle of night by a dream. If it is empty it just means you are sleeping well.

I dream a lot. Any they are usually either messed up nightmares or hilarious super power filled combat scenes.

It's a scientific fact that everyone dreams, you just don't remember it.

I don't remember mine either, stopped a few years ago. Occasionally I remember the odd one.

I dream fairly regularly. But for me, most of my strongest nightmares come during lucid dreams - as soon as I realize I'm dreaming, some part of me rails at the idea and whatever dream it is immediately goes to hell. So I'm telling myself it's only a dream and trying to will myself awake while fighting to keep my dream-self alive as some horror attempts to rend me limb from limb. Some people call lucid dreaming the ability to do anything. The main "anything" my lucid dream-self does is cheat. Seriously - I once got cornered by a zombie horde and willed myself the ability to reverse time and try again. By the time I'd got myself awake, I'd had to reverse time FOUR TIMES to get myself out of being cornered by those damn zombies. Flight? Oh, it's great, I gave myself that boon the time I wound up fighting a ghoulish and lupine version of myself. (No one should have that many needle-sharp teeth, nor a mouth that stretches that far into the sides of one's face. If there's one thing that creeps me out it's any sort of major facial deformity, it's like my mind was TRYING to traumatize me.) Stumped him for about five seconds before HE figured out the trick too and flew after me. Got myself awake as he caught up.

Every night, its fun.

Apart from the nightmares, which occur solely to wake me up to go to the toilet.

Unless, of course, you don't enter the 5th stage of sleep. If you don't or are incapable of reaching it, you don't enter the REM state necessary for dreaming.

I dream every night. I've had dreams so beautiful I've woken up crying, and dreams so unmentionably horrible that I've woken up and wanted to kill myself from terror.

It's an interesting facet of the human mind, I'll give it that.

And everyone dreams, some just don't remember it.
yay! nice to know someones in the same boat as me

I recall reading somewhere that while you DO dream every night (and you DO), you only remember the dreams if you wake up while having them...

That's why I always wake up with that "but I didn't see how it ended" feeling, anyway.

So its not just me? Awesome, although I don't think it bodes well for my mental health, then again my mental health is probably what causes it.

I think you're helped along by the ganj xD

I remember my dreams a lot less compared to when I was younger, but I still remember the odd one or two from time to time.

Nothing's going to beat being chased around a desert by Godzilla though. That one was scary.

Oh bejeezus yes!

Also have had ones where I dream my bed is falling over and then I jump outta bed...

Not fun!
