Poll: I regularly stay up past 5 in the morning...

I sleep well past 4, but its mostly because of work. I work from 3 to midnight then i stay up till 6 or 7 and sleep till noon or 1ish to then go to work.

I get up at 5, which usually means bed around 10-11. When I'm not waking up at stupid o'clock it can be anywhere from midnight to 3 I pop off.

I'm not as exciting as you guys...

If I have to get up in the morning I try to go to bed 6 or 7 hours before then, although I often fail at that by an hour or two, and now during the glorious summer vacation I stay up 'till 3 and get up at 11 or noon. It's all good.

What the hell is wrong with you people? I go to bed usually around 10-11pm, and wake up between 6-8am. The only reason I'm up right now is because I'm downloading porn.

I usually go to bed anywhere between one to two in the morning. That habit came about because of my school schedule. I used to take classes until quite late at night (sometimes close to 9 or 10). So it came about that I got home really late, and therefore stayed up late and slept in later as well. The habit just kind of stuck after that...

I'm with you.

Though it's very strongly believed that I have mono, so no matter what time I go to sleep I can't get out of bed till around 1 in the afternoon. Even if I go to bed at 8.

Plus, I'm a much more active and fun person at night. I'm even making plans to accommodate for my sleep schedule.

I've actually been getting to bed around 1-2 in the morning as of late, but that's really because I've taken smoking weed. It's really been helping me more than actual pills (provided I don't get the munchies and stuff the shit out of my face and wake up with a stomach ache). Only problem is it's illegal and I highly doubt my parents would take to kindly to finding out.

I'm beginning to realize that weed is actually a good thing for people. In more ways then one.

Umm, I most likely get more sleep than the average person, I just don't fall asleep till a later time. That's most likely what all these people here experience too.

Why on earth would I want to go to bed earlier? Nobody bothers me late at night. It's much quieter and imo, much nicer. Parents don't interfere (unless one of them can't sleep, like my mother can't tonight. TBH, I don't blame her. I was yelling at TF2 rather loudly. Fucking pyros.), people don't call, and all my best friends are up and playing.

Hell with normal hours. I like mine.

ever since summer began i've ben staying up till 2. recently it's become 3, and it's definitely going to get worse.

Exactly this ^^

I was happy tonight that I was going to sleep at a fairly reasonable hour (a little before 12:30 here on the East coast), but here I wake up barely 90 minutes later. So much for sleep tonight!

Well, I work night-shift, sooo...

Even before then, I'd stay up till 3 or 4 half the week partying, and the rest of the time I'd go till at least 12, if not 1.

I generally go to bed between 1-3AM and wake up at 7-9AM. 6 hours of sleep is usually enough for me to get through the day without any issue.

Normally between midnight and 1AM. A bit earlier when I need to go to our other office, cause then I need to be up at 5AM to beat the traffic jams on my commute.

In weekends, it doesn't chnage much except when there's a party :).

I'm usually up until well past 3am. Lately I've been watching sunrises before sleeping (which seems weird) and I'm actually hoping to change that.

Nobody said anything about sleep deprivation (well, somebody probably did but that isn't the topic), this is about staying up late, which does not mean they are not sleeping in equally late. You're responding as if these are people going to bed at 5am and still getting up for work in morning at 7-8.

I've recently taken to staying up until two or three in the morning, a habit I formed due to the fact that I work an evening to close shift at a nearby big box store and I usually clock out at around eleven to elven thirty (sometimes closer to midnight). And I'm not the type to want to go to bed right after I get home from work, so I stay up late.

Between 11-1 would probably be healthy, but 12-2 would be normal, yet more than 25% of us fall asleep past 4am? Have you guys heard of school, or work or anything? Are there like, hyper pensioners on here or something?
