I'm Asian, as in Chinese, and I've only ever dated white guys so far. I wouldn't be against dating people of other cultures either. I don't know, I'm just not attracted to people of my own race because they have a tendency to look really effeminate. Seriously, would you really want to date a guy who's prettier than you are? Don't mind halfies though. Where I live, it seems interracial relationships are pretty acceptable (at least to the people I know, anyway) and you see a lot of interracial couples in Melbourne.
I'm white, and I prefer white girls, but I'm not at all opposed to dating outside of my own demographic.
I don't think about race when I date. I like people for their personality.
If you're asking specifically who I've dated though, I'm a white girl, and my partners have been white and Asian (specifically Chinese) in equal proportion. It's not that these are really preferences on my part, though; this is just a reflection of the demographics where I live, and where I went to school and all that. That's basically the makeup of my community.

I am a white guy who used to have blond hair (before losing most of it...), and I prefer black girls; in fact, I never even kissed a blond girl. That's probably because I love difference... but also because I think it's genetically smart to have a mate who is as different from you as you can find. EDIT: that last sentence should be rephrased; I don't THINK like that, but I imagine my instincts do.
And for the record, I could never understand why movies and TV (especially in the USA) are so reluctant to show interracial couples, unlees the different races are important to the story. That always seemed a tad racist to me.

All the girls I've dated are white, (as am I), but I can, and have, found women of other races attractive. I'm happy with my white girl (and that is meant to be singular) though.

People don't usually date by race, but what they do often do is date within their own culture and interests. Sometimes culture and interests align with race, sometimes they don't. For example I've dated white people, black people and Asians and what they all had in common was that they were a part of my town's particular music subculture. Someone who is in a culture with a less diverse racial mix than mine would probably not end up dating other races, not because of avoidance but because the opportunity may just never come up to meet someone with similar interests who just happens to be of another race. It's not discrimination, it's just mathematics.
I've never had an issue dating outside my race...The man I had my son with was half Japanse, half Mexican. (I'm a white mutt.) Beautiful baby. He'll know he was adopted, though. >.>
