It's too big of a thing to do. I'd kill someone who is simply too dangerous to stay alive and who's death doesn't have major repercussions for other people, and of course for self-defence (or in defence for the few people I hold very dear). But I don't know any person who would qualify for that, so it's a no for me.

Not like that, just shooting him all of a sudden wouldn't do the world any good. Have you ever watched a documentary about North Korea? Those people are just brainwashed into worshipping that guy. Killing him off...I wouldn't know what would happen to all those people, I don't think it's something we can anticipate.
I doubt they'd accept any help, they're just too hypnotised into hating the outside world, while the country would just collapse in on itself. Tens of thousands of people, if not more, dying from the massive confusion, confusion and I wouldn't be surprised if the headless army staff would make rash decisions; a sudden invasion of South Korea.
