What? Seriously?

How come this guy can get away with posting an entire thread about something as trivial and common as bisexuality when I get labeled an attention-whore for posting a thread about my love for a fictional dog!? *rages and kicks something on my way out*

OP: No offense against you or anything. You seem real cool and all.
It's probably a difference in how society takes the difference between the two. Being bisexual and homosexual are becoming more accepted in today's culture while being interested in a fictional dog isn't. To bad it has to be that way.

I choose all of the above though because I follow a "philosophy" (if it could be called that) similar to this:

Screw labels, I like what I like. Whether it be a normal human women or a sexy alien beast.
This should be a Public Service Announcement. In fact:

Many pieces of wisdom can be found in the words of the Wolf of Courage.

Right on, smash the patriarchy... wait " through some deep thought and reflection"... did you actually had a sexual experience with someone of your own gender? I mean, it's easy to think about it, but when you are standing in the moment and the cock's out of the bag (if you are a man that is), your past heterosexual experiences won't work that well for you, and going all the way can be intimidating.

Oh well, at least you are considering it :) Queer Jihad!
Smash the patriarchy?

What if SadakoMoose is a guy? Wouldn't gaying up just double the evil gender privilege and concentrate the vile masculinity? I thought that the only way us guys are supposed to fight patriarchy is by getting a sex change or slitting our wrists.
He is a guy D:

I really don't know whether I'd count as straight or bi. I love women, but although I wouldn't find the idea of gay sex repellant, I simply don't find men attractive. I DO find transgenders attractive, but that's because they look like women. So I really don't know where exactly I fall on the spectrum.

What kind of space aliens are we talking about here? If it's the Asari then then I'm down but I'm afraid of clicking it then finding out you were talking about the Predator.

In all seriousness I'm bi.

I believe that, in fact, all men and women are bissexual by nature, and that social interactions (culture) determine their pseudo-'sexual orientation'.

this is the type of guy i like.

same as above, but for girls.

i'd say i'm bisexual, but hetero-romantic . i probably wouldnt date a guy, but might have a sexual relationship with one.
You have pretty much the exact same taste as I have, SNAP. XD

I'm basically bi (I probably realised I liked girls before I really realised I liked boys, I remember telling my dad I might be a lesbian when I was 8 years old) although if I were to be more specific I sometimes think I'm homosexual and heteromantic...
I find guys' bodies kind of gross and I'm a little scared of their genetalia. >.> But I've never gone out with a girl, never even kissed a girl (and I'm 21 so I've had a lot of time) because they all either terrify or annoy me. And bitches be crazy.

But that's okay 'cause my current boyfriend has long hair and is short and underweight so if I squint I can pretend he's a girl. >.> (I'm kidding a little, but only a little.)

I'd like to come out as a straight guy. I think being bisexual would be cool though because as far as "what to do next?" goes, everyone has said go out and get laid with whoever. It's more difficult for us straight/gay individuals as we only have half the species to pick from. You bi people have a potential sex pool of near 7 billion people, we only have 3.5 Billion.

Saying that, I can't even get any from the 3.5 billion I have a choice of, I doubt my chances would go up any if I was open to everyone.

I kind of consider myself more bicurious than bisexual. That's not a cop-out, I'm interested in both but moreso the ladies. I see no reason to limit myself though, I'm open to anything. Maybe a better term would be biwinning? Anyway, yes cool that you have realised your true potential though not sure what there is to say about it other than "enjoy!".

I'm gay, but damn, I wish I was bi. It seems like the perfect sexuality. It'd be cool if everyone in the world was bisexual. No wondering what sexuality someone is if you want to ask them out... It'd be pretty crazy.

So escapist, now what?
Anyone else one here?

I'm not bisexual. I have often experienced warm feelings for other men, even what could be described as love, I have also had these feelings for women many times during my life. The reason I started with stating that I am not a bisexual is that I'm not sexually aroused by men, only women. (If anyone could give me an actual term for this it would be helpful, because I can't seem to find one that fits.)

I believe biromantic is the term your searching for good sir, as in you might have romantic feelings but not sexual towards males.

I'm a straight man who doesn't really have any ties to the GLBT community, but has anyone else noticed that chicks are far more likely identify as bi than dudes? I know a ton of "bi" girls who count the fact that they made out with their friends once while drunk as their entire credentials for liking girls. On the other hand, even dudes who everyone knows have been with other dudes may brush it off as a mistake and claim to still be straight, and there are even gay guys who fucked women (In some cases a LOT of women) and yet still claim to be gay rather than bi.

I'm a heterosexual male. I am honestly baffled that people find males sexually attractive. I don't begrudge this position of course and I certainly use it to my advantage but any time someone says "sure I'll sleep with you" I'm excited simply because the odds against anyone finding my gender attractive (much less me specifically) seem so astronomical. It's like winning the lottery.
That's just something feminazis and the media like to tell you. No, women don't date/sleep with men because they pity or settle for them, yes they actually do enjoy sex with men, and yes, they find men of their personal preference physically attractive. I've got lots more common sense revelations if you'd like some.

At the same time, you roughly doubled the amount of people you can conceivably date. That's pretty cool.
More like ten percent, considering the majority of people aren't in to their own gender. And like you said you lose the monosexuals that are put off by the idea.

As for me, its a maybe Bisexual. I know I like girls, and I've been attracted to guys (not just famous ones ether), but I can't confirm if I would have sex with a guy. So whatever, I just keep on rolling with it. Whatever happens will happen.
