When I drink mammalian lactation, I prefer goats milk; I don't really care what variety.

I like soy milk though, especially chocolate. Never mind that it technically isn't milk, but whatever.

I...detest milk. It's like...drinking something awful. And according to me health nut sister, we aren't supposed to drink milk. Yes, we need to get calcium, but we get it from other foods. I may be wrong though. I hope I'm not.

But yeah, I can only drink milk if it's with something else, like yogurt or cereal.

I started with 2%, went down to 1% about 10 years ago and now for sports I drink skimmed as there is a lot of fat that I didn't want to consume.

Oh, and if you're wondering why I would switch to skim, just consider that I drink about 10 litres of milk a week.

Not a fan of the lactation of large, smelly mammals. Sorry. I'm still curious how somebody figured out that cow milk is also drinkable by some humans, or rather what the fuck the person in question was thinking.
Anyway, soy's the way to go for me. Delicious, low fat, high protein content, and all around healthy.
