In answer to 1: No, not all TF2 players who bought the game are super good at it, but they have played longer, know the maps better, and have more and better weapons than the people who just started.
Right...see, the last time I played TF2 was when the Dead Ringer and whatever other Spy-item whose name escapes me came out. By that point, there were a few extra weapons, but the most commonly seen ones were the Kritzkreig and the bow. That's really about it, and I was fine with that. When I played Medic, I still stuck with the Ubercharge, and when I played Sniper, I usually stuck with the sniper rifle.
If the current batch of unlockable weapons are genuinely
better than their predecessors, Valve's almost perfectly-honed balance has gone to the pits. And if they're not, then they're mostly gimmick weapons, and therefore having them vs not having them should be irrelevant (Eyelander comes to mind).

In answer to 2: I never said that the F2P players are assholes. I meant that the people who use this plug-in are the assholes. You completely misread that.
Or they're just being ignorant, as it seems to be in your case. I don't sense any actual hatred or ill-will from you towards F2Pers, but you're making rather damaging assumptions about them.

And yes, the majority of the people who do TF2 F2P either never played the game before, or played very little of it, because anyone who had much interest in the game in the first place would have already bought it during the many years of the game's existance up to now. Again, the F2P players aren't worse at the game, but they are in a much less competitive state because they don't know the maps or have any weapons but the basics.
Again, I question the relevance of that, but probably more importantly, why should some people wanting to play the game for fun be an issue? If you're assuming that
all people who use F2P are just there to dick around, that's textbook profiling, and not the good kind.

Would YOU want to play with people who constantly insult you through the entire match. No, I didn't think so.
And how would that work, again? I assume it's the same logic as "My TV got stolen, so I hate black people a bit more" being applied to "Someone on my team isn't very good, so I hate F2Pers a bit more." Maybe I missed it, but is there some sort of physical label that identifies F2Pers? Or is it just assumed that people who aren't very good at the game must be playing it for free?

If the people don't want to play with F2P players, and are hostile to them, then what exactly would be the draw for F2P players to WANT to play with them?
What I said above, plus the fact that people using F2P
want to play the game. The plugin simply kicks them when they try to join games that use it. It doesn't tell them why they were kicked, or try to connect to games that specifically
don't use it.
