To the lab, and stock up to sickness on every anti-biotic, anti-viral and metabolism slowing drug available. Then hope and pray. At least if I do turn zombie, I will be pretty harmless walking at half of zombie speed and seeing 8-legged unicorns.

If it's early enough in the outbreak that people aren't sure, I might volunteer to let them try something... maybe amputate? Maybe antibiotics? But if it's definite that I'm going to die, I'd simply ask for a shotgun, some flares, and some noisemakers. If nothing else, I can try to draw them off following the loud, bright running thing. And once I've gotten far enough away? Ka-blow.
Rig a large amount of explosives to detonate when my heart stops. Failing the know-how of that, get a large amount of explosives and have a dead man detonator on hand.

Lock myself in an empty room with a pistol and hope I have an immunity. If I start to show symptoms, you can probably guess....
cut off arm, just in case it keeps me from becoming one, when that doesnt work, enjoy being a zombie eat some people, I dont see whats soo wrong about being a zombie.
i'd just start running. if i'm a slow zombie i'm gonna enjoy my last few moments of speed, if i'm a fast zombie i'm gonna get my legs ready.

2) find chains and a padlock or straps... or something. Plus a gag.
3) hang a sign on the door of the room detailing my situation and asking that the room remains sealed until a cure is found
4) gag myself
5) tie myself up with the straps/chains... ideally anchoring myself to the floor/wall

I think we all learned an important lesson from the fate of Zoey's dad in the L4D Comics.
If I was absolutely certain I was going to run into a zombie I'd shoot myself. Nobody finds that shit attractive.
