Its PETA. They are known for tasteless, fucked up, humourless, woman hating garbage. If they actually managed to put together a decent ad then we would not know its them.

Plus I mean come on. Everyone knows vegans are deficient so its no wonder their marketing department is full of window licking retards. Maybe if they had the essential proteins, fats and oils for proper brain development then they would know how to appeal to normal people.

Great. So now we can add sexual abuse to the ever growing list of things PETA supports, such as terrorists, euthanizing animals, comparing the wholesale slaughter of Jews to chickens, and the genocidal campaign they're waging against your dog and your cat. To quote Movie Bob, by giving these sadistic morons the attention they desire (one point four million views on this video at the time of posting this comment), we are giving them exactly what they want.

PETA might go away if we ignore them, but frankly it can't happen fast enough.

I want to say this video completely offensive and shouldn't be allowed to be seen, but it really only offends taste and though it get close to their, it still is fair. Damn, I just really want to call PETA the worst thing ever.

Not really too bothered about the "domestic abuse" in the ad, because it really isn't domestic abuse, even if it is poorly portrayed and in bad taste. I'm bothered by it because it doesn't have any message. Who is going to go "Oh, if I become vegan, I'll be able to fuck women's brains out, maybe I should find out more about animal cruelty, and actually effective ways to help campaign for animal rights."

I'm not vegan. I'm not even vegetarian. To be honest, it achieves nothing. I do however only buy my meat and produce from suppliers I KNOW treat their animals well. The world will never become vegetarian, but in our capitalist world, if people see their is profit in ethically treating their animals, they may just decide to be a bit less cruel.

It's PETA. They deliberately use shock advertising and endowed women.

Because if there's one thing they can't stand, it's cruelty to animals.

Cruelty to women/children, and killing pets is all fine.

But they can't be cruel to something, that cannot understand cruelty.

What they fail to understand is that animals simply don't have the capacity to remember events - their cortex isn't large enough. They can remember they don't like something, but things like foresight, hindsight, nostalgia, prediction and depression are unable to be processed. You have to have a cerebral cortex far larger to understand these concepts in relation to time.

Now, if they could put aside their fanciful ideas and put their money into treating animals like animals (rather than unfeeling resources or iconography) then they'd be doing them a far larger favour.

TL;DR: PETA are fuckwits.

I think the ad is in poor taste but not worth getting up into arms about, you know, besides the fact PETA as an organization and their entire message is retarded.

This is PETA we are talking about here. They don't actually care about animals. Just funding. Movie Bob did an excellent video on these punks a few weeks ago. I suggest checking it out as a starting point.

Everything these self righteous twerps do is about whoring for attention to get more funding. If there are any supporters reading this, I suggest you ask why it's OK for your dear leader to use animal research derived insulin when she expects you to do without. Lies, spin and BS are the foundations of this organization and the true sin is that they leach away money from actual animal welfare organizations that need it far more than these over fed pricks do.

I don't know what is more funnier, the first PETA ad (I think?) Go Vegetrian that was banned from the Superbowl (I was looking up for that video since that link above I have to sign up) which imply that Vegan have better sex life or the ad in the link above.

The Go Vegetrian is just an idiot advert using sex sell but without any logical proof to back up their claim and the other ad for making that idiot ad even more stupid since I would believe most people have common sense.

I would actually see some humor in the ad if it didn't contain implications that women were willing to suffer severe injuries for greater sexual activity.

Where are people seeing this 'domestic abuse' because all I see is a guy banging her so hard that she hit her head on the bedboard. She smiled because she enjoyed it and he seemed genuinely sorry. Yes it's using "hurr duur vegan makes you bang harder hur durr" so it's obviously pandering to young men, but compared to PETA's normal ad campaigns this may be their best add ever.

It's nothing new, PETA also had a superbowl ad where the women were pretty much having sex with vegetables.

More flat out lies from PETA yet again, I got news for you. Meat brings protein, and protein brings a bunch of energy.

Haa haaa haaaaa, so if I turn vegan I can get away with turning my girlfriend into a cripple? FUCKING AWESOME! [/sarcasm, obviously]

My hatred of PETA, their associates and to an extent my negative view of vegetarians/vegans is only getting more intense.

It's just wrong because as always PETA's main tool is misinformation. Going vegan does not make you a healthier person than any other healthy eating diet. In fact, going vegan is generally more expensive, time consuming and runs the risk of dangerous levels of being left drastically malnourished.

These are the same people who will try to tell you that eating meat is incredibly unhealthy for you.

I really just don't understand the whole PETA thing, they're full of complete retards, but somehow they actually manage to get all their ads out. They have their freedom of speech, but all the media corporations have every right to not air that crap.
I agree. As far as I'm aware Veganism is actually quite unhealthy and requires a lot of vitamin supplements for your body to cope. That may be an urban myth though.

Regardless, the advert is tasteless and blatantly untrue. Shame on any TV Channel that actually goes along with their ignorance and bullshit. :/

It's retarded because it's an ad for Peta, but there's nothing wrong with the ad itself.
A bit of sexual innuendo never hurt anyone.
I'd hardly call this innuendo.
A bit of sexual imagery, then. Whatever you wanna call it.

Meh, I think it's just sex, frankly.

Shit advert anyway.

I'd hardly call that sex. They showed a girl in her underwear being smacked against a wall at a suspect angle and a boy in his underwear patching up said wall.
You most likely wouldn't get what the ad was trying to say if you didn't already know what sex is, and if you already know what sex is, there's no way the ad is going to do any kind of harm.
