I don't like to hate on a game until it comes out because you never know what will surprise you. they could definitely make a pokemon game work. It would be easy to screw up but you never know

there is only one way i would support a Pokemon game on the Xbox and that is, it has to be an MMORPG. which would not be hard to do, everyone gets there character like a normal RPG and then customize it in game to look different and earn titles like Cooltrainer and so on. battles can be just like pokemon coliseum and dual battles wouldn't be much different except for the whole idea that its 2 people. but yea in a nut shell that would probably be the most widely excepted version of a pokemon game on the Xbox i mean come on who wants the game boy version. . .(cept on the gameboy/DS)

Only if we can have a mutliplayer overworld in full 3D, full character customization, and 3D battling. And that's assuming that Nintendo would allow such a thing.

No. Then I'd have no reason to own my DS and I'd feel like a huge jackass for owning a superfluous gaming platform.

I'd support it if it was a different battle system than the portable ones.
They could try to experiment a bit with gameplay on the console

I would love a Pokemon game on the 360 but it will never happen because Pokemon is owned by Nintendo.

well i'm good for any pokemon game on any console (yes, even the N-Gage.) if they have:
1.Ability to travel to ALL regions in the pokemon series. (Kanto, Jhoto, and so on.)
2.a FULL game (not any of that colliseum(sp?) crap)
3.TEAM ROCKET. i'm tired of having that themed baddies. i want TR.
4. Following pokemon (Yeller, anyone?) you wouldn't even know how much i would pay just to have my Wailord or my Scizor follow me.

If the game was like Pokemon Colosseum then yes, a better graphiced version of that game would be pretty fun. But the RPG we all have come to know and love? No.

This pretty much sums up everything I would have said and added something I haven't thought of. I don't care much for Team Rocket specifically, but I want my little Piplup to follow me around. (How is Wailord supposed to follow you on land?)

I will never support a Pokemon game on anything other than a nintendo console no matter how big a sony fanboy i am. A game created by a 1st party studio on anything other than its home console is a horrible idea. Besides I belive Nintendo still owns Gamefreak and I doubt Nintendo will ever let this title go easily.

Four stipulations.

1. A full goddamn world. No more sticking to one...country? They were countries right?
2. All the Pokemon must be in the game.
3. And there must only be one game. No splitting it into two.
4. There has to be endgame stuff. I was always bored whenever I beat any of the handheld games.

And a wish - can it be M-rated, please?

Heck yes!

Oh my god, I can see it now. A fully 3D MMORPG experience. Shown in full HD.
With a full set of achievements.
And possible DLC to add to single and online player.
Maybe updates to sort out silly overpowered moves or just tweak the game to stop people cheating.
Ahhhh, I really wish this was real now.

There have been three 3D Pokémon games. Two on Gamecube, One on Wii.
All three have had pretty good graphics.
The two on Gamecube have been decent.
The one on Wii was awful.
And on Xbox/PS3? It could be fantastic.

Clearly Nintendo are too busy with casual gamers to sort this out. it's time they handed it over to people who know how to make games!
