I honestly don't know if I'd like me. I'm not narcissistic, far from it. I even really dislike myself sometimes. If this was a female me (or a similar-personality person with gender-swapped traits) I guess my first question would be "are you happy as a girl?" because I've always wished I was born female.
To answer the sex question, the alt dimension me would have to be pretty hot for me to be sexually attracted. Having sex with "myself" wouldn't be anything more than I've already roleplayed with my fiancee, except with a creepy resemblance that would throw me off. I'm not even curious. Now if I were given the chance to BE rule-63'd, for a day at least, it would be cool to have experienced what sex is like for the opposite gender.

Assuming you have a vagina, not more than any other sibling would. Fraternal twins aren't any more genetically related than normal siblings.

Though I have two cousins (both sisters) that really look alike. I honestly didn't start figuring out which is which for a few years. Oh, and they both look like their brother. You see them together and you're instantly like "yup, brother and sisters".

I know that, alot of resemblenece comes from simply being the same age

If the key is on opposite gender AND Attractive then hell yes if she is for it. If she says no...then oh well.
