AC series is incredibly tired by this point. They need to rest it for a few years and devise a way to make the next release in say 5-10 years a blockbuster.
I want to reverse myself and say it probably won't happen because it's set in 1868 and the Ripper Killings occurred a good 20 years later. However, somehow I suspect there will be a DLC where you hunt Saucy Jack in 1888. Or they'll have it start in 1868 and end 20 years later, like AC2 did.L.
