People who don't like multiplayer either only play RPG's or they have no friends. There are dozens and dozens of fun multiplayer games for all consoles and the PC. If you can't find one you enjoy, then you just don't like to have fun!
Since Co-op doesn't count as multiplayer and competitive multiplayer also can ruin your friendship (the insulting bit).Leviathan_ said:Actually, it's quite hilarious.
Also, I was referring to playing with friends too, not just random people.

Honestly, the mute option takes me out of the game for too long in most games. I'm playing to play, not to screw around with mute and volume settings in a pause/menu screen.Korten12 said:As many of you know, Multiplayer is sort of a mixed thing when it comes to the Escapist Community. Most hate it with a fiery passion, others like it. So who are those who do like it?
I for one love it. I still love SP, but when I got a good MP game, I really put time into it.
I also found the argument for FPS multiplayer games: "I don't want to play an FPS online becuase of the stupid kids with mics" really bad, becuase you don't ever need to listen to them. Anyone claiming it, is lying. In about 99% of Multiplayer games have mute buttons, and if you can't mute them. Their always an option to turn down the volume of voices.
