I'd never skip out on a shower when I wake up - both because of the whole smellyness issue, but also because it's somewhat hard for me to wake up without it. Additionally, as I live in a hall of residence and share my kitchen with 12 other folks it's essentially impossible for me NOT to run into other people. So there's that.

If im going out, i'll definatly shower.
If im not going out, i can go 2-3 days without showering, unless i actually feel like a need a shower before it gets out of hand.
Although im out most days so, i generally have at least 5 showers a week

Wow, so many of you are so gross XD

When I get out of bed my first stop is the shower to clean/refresh/urinate, then it's either back to my computer or, if I'm not feeling particularly lazy, eat breakfast. When my facial hair gets too itchy I'll shave it off, and when my nails get too long for Guitar Hero I trim them.

... I need a job ._.

EDIT: Few other tidbits,

I try to brush my teeth twice a day, but sometimes it slips my mind.
I wash my hair every 2-3 days. Any longer and it just becomes gross.
When I shower I only directly clean my face, armpits and crotch (and feet if they're dirty). Warm, running water is sufficient to clean the rest, and using soap will strip off the protective oil layer your skin secretes which leads to damage and premature aging.

If I know I'm not going to be seen that day, I generally don't even put on clothes. It's all naked, all the time!

Still brush my teeth though, and still wear deodourant. Don't really feel the need to shower for the day though.

Considering that I have done all the possible finding job opportunities that involve going out in the real world to look for a job, and that all that is left is looking once a day on the internet and in the paper, I only go out once a week(to a friends house), twice if I have to go get groceries, so I usually go for almost a hole week without bathing. There is no reason to waste the water and soap if there is no body around that is going to be smelling me. Cleaning products are expensive, I only use them if absolutely necessary.

Yep. I usually forget to take a bath.

Fun fact: if you wear the same pants for a week you will get a scar. true story. I can tell that from experience

I'm not going down that road. Shower every day, brush my teeth several times a day and change my underwear daily.
I would like to get laid a few more times before I die.

Unless I'm sick, of course.

I don't act different when I'm out as opposed to when I'm staying home all, day, but I don't shower every day, either. As for clothes, well I don't wear "outside" clothes when I'm inside (I wear pyjamas, robes, etc the second I get home, and only change to go out) so often I wear them more than once. Especially if I only wore them to go get the mail or something, it seems that if I would have worn them for 8-12 hours otherwise, wearing them 5 minutes didn't ruin them or something.

Now I might sometimes take a shower right before an interview or something on top of what I would have done otherwise (say, if I took a shower the night before, I wouldn't normally shower again in the morning, but I might for an interview) but not just for going out, only for something where my appearance might be very important (for instance get me a job).

No matter how lazy I feel or how sick I am, I always take a shower as soon as I wake up. I don't feel comfortable if I don't. Not because I care about what other people may think, but because I just can't feel in a good mood unless I'm clean. Also, I love taking showers and smelling of nice shampoo is always a mood lifter.

I always have a shower before work, and I'll tend to have one after I get up on my days off - though I do have days when I can't really be bothered, but I wouldn't leave the house or do anything social if I didn't feel clean and smell good.

What kind of scar?
I think I've worn the same pants(trousers) for a week before.

Sometimes if I know I am not going to be doing anything, I will just not bother. I know I should, but I don't, because I sort of feel there is no need to.

On a more off topic note, I love the Bachelor Frog meme!

Ah, no I haven't got that.
You sure it isn't from the fact that you wore a belt for a week rather than it was from wearing the same pants?

On the rare days that I don't work, I usually lounge around the apartment in the clothes I slept in.

I usually skip showering on those days as well, but I still wear deodorant. It's not like not showering for one day will make you smell like the city dump.

However, if I plan on actually going out that day, I will shower.

Ugh no. I don't like feeling filthy at all. The worst I'll do is not gel up my hair and pick clothes that don't match well or are a little old, other than that I keep myself clean at all times.

That's just an inprint, and only when said pants are pretty tight.
