There's the biggest global corruption scandal ever going on right now and gamers are losing their minds over butts. Fucking butts. I know I know, gaming site and such. I just feel that the amount people are getting worked up over such a meaningless thing is a tad depressing. The fact that this topic has been dominating the popular forum posts section for this long is ridiculous.
Pffff, how naive one has to be to even... I don't know, this offshore scandal is just funny. "Oooh my gaaawd, politicians are corrupted in our world ruled by business interests and financial lobbies, what a surpriiiise!"
Eh, the fourth one doesn't quite fit though. It's too much outrage and too little disappointment.

Anyway... of course it's not a surprise. However, the information leak and potential fallout from it is unprecedented. However, that's beside the point. It's just an example. The point is that it's a little bit sad that a "controversy" about a fucking butt has been ruling the top threads for a solid 2 weeks. But sure, laugh it all off. I won't intrude any longer. I leave you to continue your debates on fictional butts. Enjoy, sir.

Where is the option for: "I support the removal of the old pose when it is for the purpose of replacing it with a sexier pose"?

Because that's where I am.

I already do so, sir, but thanks anyway :D

Nah, they'll just sacrifice several most egregious examples and everything will end there. In worst case scenario they'll find a way to detract attention to something else. Usually politicians of both opposition and governing forces sit in the same corrupted boat and cover each other's arses on these matters.

You could very well be right. I just think it's a step in the right direction. Now it's at least out there instead of just being a suspicion. Granted, it's quite possible that the investigation was funded by the very competitors of the tax haven. It's a long way to go, but I think this has caused a lot more awareness than a lot of other things (just look at how Iceland reacted). Anyway, it's quite possible that I'm being over optimistic and I absolutely concede that everything you said is not only possible, but likely.

Won't derail any further though. Happy commenting!

I'm not familiar with Trace's character and if such a pose would conflict with her personality.

But honestly, its a damn game. We've seen more mature content in games and other forms of media including books. We have a website on the internet called PornHub. Which while I never been there, I'm pretty certain a number of Blizzard fans have gone to. Or viewed adult pornography elsewhere. Some people need to get a hold of themselves if this is controversial in their minds. Aint like she's pole dancing for kids. Or truly having an effect on people's sex/love life.

There is no conflict between her personality and the pose. She is funny and swett, so does the pose. But, new one is definitely better and funnier then the old one.
Generally, I don't understand why you should pay attention on such a thing as somebody's ass in a winning pose???

It looked dumb to me and didn't really fit with her so I don't mind at all that it's gone.

That's all there is to it, really. It's a non-controversy. Someone made a semi-serious/semi-trolling complaint about it, Blizzard was like "Y'know, it really does look kinda stupid." and that's basically it. The only uproar came after the fact of people decrying the death of free expression and all that typical nonsense.
