No. You misread what I wrote. Apple was the easiest to hack two years in a row. It was easier to hack than Windows. Actually, Windows did okay...for a Microsoft product.
And no, Macs are nothing like Windows with the ability to geek. I could go into detail, but I feel I have just proven myself far too nerdy already.
Uh... yeah well if you want go ahead. I have always been a windows user, and am just now picking up this Linux stuff so. I might ask him later about the whole hacking deal but I'm fairly sure he just uses it because he just flat out doesn't like how Windows works, the crapware they include, IE as opposed to Safari, etc etc.
Hahahaha your uncle isn't much of a propellarhead if
that is his problem with Windows v. Apple. I had an inkling that you/he are/was a charlatan from the initial comment, and this was significantly increased when I read "he just likes Macs because its basically Windows with the ability to geek out when you want to". You and/or he, sir, do not know what you are talking about.
Edit: Oh yeah, and I meant to take issue with your use of the Apple created and Microsoft copied bullshit idea that one
is whatever type of OS they happen to use. It is embarassing and you should find something a bit more important to define yourself. I
use Windows, I have also used Apples, and dabbled in linux but I haven't had the time to get to grips with it. Next summer's project will be turn a decrepit old laptop into a my-first-linux learning machine.
