Poll: Uwe Boll Can Be Stopped!

Look, I don't like uwe boll's movies any more then anybody else, but let's face it, his movies don't gross anywhere near enough to really warrant his retirement. Soon enough he won't get any more funding from movie studios because he's not really bringing in money, nor will video game companies give him their trademarks simply because they know that fans hate his ass, and if they want to give a decent product to their fans, they'll not hire him. He's a null threat to video game enthusiasts. HOWEVER, the real question is, why are people still making resident evil movies? Not one has been good, NOT ONE. My point is, there are plenty of other people who draw more attention and money then him and still make terrible goddamned movies, if anybody should be stopped, it should be those people. Though off the top of my head i don't know their names.
Oh I know, I wouldn't have posted had I not witnessed his horrors first hand, in my case Alone in the dark. But I still say ignoring him is the best option if you want him out of your life.Psychosocial said:

Just as a quick and friendly note, it's generally considered bad form to post something as short and irrelevant as '(something) sucks'. People have been permabanned in the past for that. On topic: I haven't signed. I don't see the importance, since there's a much easier way to get him to retire. Everybody stops complaining about him and simply doesn't watch his films. After hearing the reviews I've never actually seen a Uwe Boll film, and if everybody else did that instead of saying "ooooh, Uwe Boll's crap" and then watching his films and complaining, then he'd lose money from lack of revenue and have to give up. In any case, if you don't like something, you don't have to watch it. I don't like the Pussycat Dolls, and I don't listen to them, but neither do I complain about them. I simply ignore them. If we all did that with Uwe Boll's films too, and many other things, instead of being the hypocrites we so often are, then the world would be a happier place. It really is that simple.
Not watching his movies won't work to stop this guy (Or at least it didn't until 2005, not sure what the law is now), he exploits tax law so that he makes a profit for himself and his investors even if the movie bombs. The reason I'm against him is that he brings down every franchise he touches and keeps them from being taken seriously.
I would never sign such a thing. Uwe Boll has been absolved of all his sins by making Postal: The Movie.
I think we need to let him make as many movies as he wants, and then force people to watch them until their mind breaks ala Clockwork Orange. The first test subject shall be the Boll himself.
