Length wise Final Fantasy, being I like 4,5,6,7,9,10. For shorter series I like Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Star Ocean. Stand alone games only Chrono Trigger comes to mind(screw Chrono Cross, that game can burn in hell.)

My top three would be:
Half-Life series - both games and the episodes are amazing.
Legend of Zelda series - mainly for the Wind Waker, which in my opinion is one of the best games I have ever played.
Left 4 Dead series - just a brilliant series, sucked up way too many hours of my life than I care to admit.
