I thought he said that too when I watched it the first time. Watch it again with subtitles. The Scout actually says:dancinginfernal said:

So Valve kept it ambiguous.

Well the update is actually coming with the rainbow flamthrower and the giant lollipop as new weapons for the pyro. Also valve is giving free "Pyrovison Goggles" that let you see those weapons when people have them equiped other wise I think they will be invisible or they will look different
I thought it was alright. I would've went about it a little differently, maybe took out some of the "pryo-vision" scenes to add a couple more interviews or something, but I think all in all it was alright.
