Alien apocalypse for sure.
If I'd want to be killed by anything, it'd be a xenomorph (there's also a 75 percent chance that Sigourney Weaver will show up in her underwear).
"Apocalypse" does imply that mankind is wiped out right (yeah, yeah it means revelation)?

Couldn't any apocalypse be considered as a disaster?
Personally I'd go for Alien Zombies.
Aliens try to invade the Earth (and probe your ass!) and in aid to do so, they ressurect the undead. If we can steal the Alien weapons then we have sci-fi guns to kill zombie/alien ass with!

Has to be zombie, I own a shotgun, have a large pile of ammunition available and I know a number of places nearby with stockpiles of food.
People have zombie plans for a reason, can't really plan against a bloody great nuke falling on your head.

I would like a zombie apocalypse because I can be prepared for one.

To survive, Zombie..I mean even the "fast" zombies of 28 days later are easy enough to beat.
If death is certain, Ground zero nuclear blast. If im going to die, I would much rather go in a puff of smoke than hours, days, weeks years of misery and pain.

As for me I'd pick zombie apocalypse, much much easier to survive than the others, with fairly little disruption to civilisation if handled well.
As long as we're talking the classic, slow zombies the zombie apocalypse would certainly be the most survivable. Nevertheless, I'm voting for aliens since X-COM is my favorite game of all time. What an awesome way to get cool high-tech gizmos - we just kill the aliens who made them and we don't even have to feel guilty about it because the're evil!
Admittedly, if the aliens turned out to be LV426-type xenomorphs we'd be completely hosed. It's a calculated risk and everyone could say they told me so while we're stuck to walls waiting for our chestbursters to mature.

I'd want a nuclear apocalypse, as long as I was living near a major economical/financial target (New York City for example) or a major government or military target like Washington D.C. or back in my hometown of Norfolk VA ( home of the largest naval base in the world, NATO headquarters, a large shipyard and CINCLANT). If I were living in any of those places I'd probably be dead before I even registered the flash of the nuke detonating.
