I got 3 favourites, I voted melee since it was one of them.
The other two were mario kart double dash!! (imo the best mario kart) and star fox: assault.
I would also have liked to say super mario sunshine but... it's clunky

Damn it, Wind Waker, Super Smash Bros. Melee, or Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. All come in at a tie damn it, and you want me to choose which one I like more.
Why isn't Resident Evil 4 in that poll?
Sure, it was ported to the PS2 and the Wii, but back when it was gamecube-exclusive, RE4 was the one game I could always go back to and play over and over without getting tired of it.
Wind Waker was nice, but I don't share the same enthusiasm as most other people. Its atmosphere was way too lighthearted for me, especially the soundtrack. I preferred Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past for their more serious tones and epic-feeling soundtracks, the latter of which did a nice job for such an old system.

Sonic Advanture 2: Battle, or Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, Colosseum was okay, but it got a bit boring for me.
The Sonic game is pretty much just because of the first mission and the song that goes with it...
