I'm more excited for Flying Lab's Software's 'Power and Prestiege'

Yes it would be. We'd have another agreement if you agreed that if it can take on the hulk, it can take on pretty much anything.Disaster Button said:It wasn't an arguement so much as to why DC is better than Marvel it was an arguement as to why I prefer Marvel to DC. I don't doubt DC has its own quirks and stories but I've just had more interest in Marvel due to growing up with certain cartoons from Marvel. From what I've seen in DC it isn't different enough for me nor does it appeal to me to the degree that DC does.Ponce of Leon said:Exactly. But these elements are not limited to Marvel, they permeate throughout the comics industry. So this argument is weaker than cheap beer.Disaster Button said:Not all heroes. In the Jean Grey has dies countless times in the X Men. Cyclops has dealed with more lost love and mind screw stories I can count. Professor X is crippled, and it is implied he manipulates many of his so called 'friends'. The line between hero and villain is often blurred within the the Marvel Universe, and I just mentioned a few examples from the X Men.Ponce of Leon said:Dont all hero's for the most part never fail and when they do isnt it also quite rare?
I dont think Iron Man would win because I prefer it, he would win because he's more powerful than a single space marine. So in aother words, a 40K marine would win when a cold wind sweeps throughout hell!![]()
And a Space Marine would win, not only his is armour, at the very least, as strong and durable as Iron Man's he is also genetically enhanced to deal with a hell of a lot more stress than Irom Man who only has his armour. Don't get me wrong, it would be one hell of an awesome fight to see and it would be close, but Space Marines are designed, created and manipulated to fight, and nothing else. If it was a fair fight the Space Marine would do it, but Iron Man could quite easily beat him if he is lucky or the odds slightly stacked in his faovur. It would be a glorious battle.
Dude. All Ironman has to do is get his regular armor, pick up the space marine (he can. H'es picked up heavier stuff), fly into the air, and throw the marine around until his suit breaks. If that doesnt convince you, all Iron Man has to do is equip his Hulk Buster armor and rip the marine in half (not that he would, he'd probably just knock the marine out. I just listed this as a way to illustrate the hulk busters power) because if anything can go toe-to-toe with the Hulk, it can go toe-to-toe with pretty much anything.
But we could at least agree that it would be an interesting fight to watch.

I also love how I'm the only person on this site who doesnt hate Superman, grew up with both DC and Marvel, and who can enjoy things from both DC and Marvel equally. I feel like a genuine freak among freaks.Disaster Button said:Don't really know enough about it.Ponce of Leon said:Yes it would be. I do love that we have filled half of this page with our debate though.
