Going with obvious and other stuff on this one. I'd have fun seeing how people would treat me differently, though preferably nobody I know as it wouldn't really reflect the difference in sex but the sudden and startling change.
Ultimately you'd still be the same person, the only real difference would be anatomical, so why waste the opportunity to find out what it's like for the other half of the world?

Probably do the same. To be honest I would probably have sex to see 1) The difference between sex as a guy to as a girl 2) Whether its true that it is easier for girls. To be honest for a day it wouldn't change much. The only thing I would want out of being a woman honestly is to carry a child to term and give birth to it. That I want to see since it seems a little interesting.
With Copious schedualing, i could probably get through it with enough time to spare to watch half a season of Digimon. Of course, I suck at schedualing; that's why the "see if I can get more test subjects through harnessing the cause" part is in there...Also might try get a repeat for another day.
