No, it means this is a self-selecting sample. People who think they will do well are more likely to take this test, and people who actually did well are more likely to post their results. Not to mention anyone is free to make up whatever inflated score they like; there's no honesty requirement here (no offense to the people who did post). Also, I don't know whether IQ tests take age or gender into account when scoring, but I do know that the final result is supposed to be completely independent of those factors. You should have the same IQ now as you did at age 2.williebaz said:

Ok just to make things clear. I think IQ tests are a stupid idea mostly because they usually don't really measure intelligence. Just perception and ability to solve problems. Those ARE part of intelligence but not it as a whole. So a guy who's dumber than your cat can actually get a higher score.
Also this IQ test doesn't have one thing I find most "revealing" in all those in the internetz. The "please send SMS to number" at the very end xD. If you send it, you have clearly failed.

So its easier to get a higher score when you are a kid (and harder when you are like 30 or 40). I remember I got 167 when I was 9. 10 years passed and I didn't kill anyone. EDIT: the interwebz site gave me an IQ of 151, which I doubt
Also, the questions are nothing like the real test. They are a series of puzzles, each of which has a right answer, while the real version examines how you think, which areas you are good at, and how fast you can understand/solve things

I took a real one once, it wasnt as high as this one. Not sure exactly how much it was but I tink it was around 137
