Smash Bros for me. One of the few fighting games I actually like. Runners up would have to be Soul Calibur and BlazBlue.
OK, I'm glad that you... wait, are you implying that all the other times you've been put on probation it wasn't your fault? (Also, if my memory serves me correctly, the first time I saw you get a probation was when we where in an argument with each other. Times have changed)Furburt said:Yeah, I completely forgot you weren't supposed to do that. It was totally my fault this time.HUBILUB said:Did you get put on probation for commenting before watching the video? I swear, you're letting all this first-stuff go to your head. Soon you'll be simply writing first instead of constructive comments related to the subject at hand!Furburt said:Super Smash Brothers. The other ones annoy the shit out of me.
This is total bullshit to the N'th degree. There are plenty of fighting games where button mashing will get you killed, and careful attention to controls is absolutely necessary. I don't want to make assumptions but this just sounds like you have not played many fighting games to make such a bold statement. Many popular fighting games require skill in order to actually play them properly, the problem is people make these dumb assumptions because they fight scrubs who don't know how to actually play. I somewhat enjoy smash bros but calling it the only fighting game to demand skill is laughibly stupid. hell I found them to be the biggest culprits of being able to win by button mashing.Xzi said:Super Smash Bros is the only series in the history of fighting games that doesn't reward random button-mashing. This of course makes it the only fighting series to demand you learn the controls and actually have a little bit of skill to compete. Obviously it wins.
thanks for the tip.rokkolpo said:how awful...you spelled mortal kombat wrong.burzummaniac said:Mortal Combat because it was the first I had ever played and it brings back so many memories.
