After I found out that by installing Origin, you "agree" to let EA spy on you, they have not only won the "Biggest Douche" award in my book, but also "Stupidest Dumbfucks On Planet Earth", the "What the Fuck Were You Guys Seriously Thinking Award?" for incomprehensible choice (adding said Origin feature) and "Biggest Letdown of 2011" by making me not get Battlefield 3, beating VALVe's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive announcement even though Half-Life 2 needs a sequel more badly.

But, in all seriousness, I voted EA. Normally I wouldn't go for the whole such and such company sucks and all that malarkey but EA saying that Call Of Duty should "rot to the core" or words to that respect and the response to Activision's response were just stupid. Oh and their Online Pass things annoy me but other companies do that as well so that's not much of a negative of them specifically, but all the companies that use them.

EDIT: In fact, now that somebody mentioned Sonic, some of the Sonic "fanbase", the ones that are apparently "fans" of the series and complain about everything. Yes, I realise that it isn't the whole fanbase and that some of the things that they complain about are worthy topics for complaint, but then there are those that complained (IIRC) that the pupils of Sonic's eyes (or eye, now that Unskippable pointed out that there is no gap) were green.

Biggest douchebag to me: Capcom. Between canceling Megaman Online and Megaman Legends 3, not localizing either Ace Attorney Investigations 2 or the Wright/Layton game, as well as the stuff with Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, it's just been one kick in the balls after another.

Biggest douchebag overall: EA. They have pulled a lot of shit. I don't think I need to elaborate on that. Recently it's been EA by a long shot, with their bullshit EULA that let's them spy on everything everyone does. Then again, a lot of companies these days seem to be taking the douche-levels off the charts and making even Activision seem like good guys by comparison. However, I still have to vote Activision on this one simply because their douchebaggery has been more consistent than everyone else. I'm probably biased as fuck, though.
