Because I want to be single and sleep around. Unfortunately that means turning a few people down 
Well, out of the options described there, I'd say "Picky" is probably the most apt one. Sure, it makes me sound like an arrogant twat, but the others just don't seem right. Especially not "By choice". I mean, it's like these people who say they're asexual just because they can't find people who are attracted to them.

A mix of options one and two.
While I could be dating someone right now, I'm quite busy with school and have to concentrate mostly on that at the moment. I also suck at starting things up though and picking up signs or hints of interest so I normally have trouble figuring out that someone wants me to ask them. Like I said, mix of one and two.

Low self-esteem seems to be the first issue, but furthermore, I'm a bit of a cynic who doesn't really fall in love. And you need to be in love, to be in a relationship - if you're me anyway. I've fallen in love once, the boy has told me three times since that he wants a relationship with me, two days later he'll take it back because "he's not ready", or whatever. Fuck it, been single for three years, I'm used to it by now.
To weird... I asked one girl out who goes to my school and never got an answer... I just act weird their because most people are d*cks who I don't want to get associated with.
Funny that this should come up today - it's exactly three years since my last relationship ended.
I'm single because I prefer it that way. I've been there, done the whole relationship thing and have no interest in doing it again in the immediate future. I value my personal time and space over absolutely everything else and I get really irritated if anyone gets in the way of that. I like to do what I want, when I want to do it, without anyone interfering. I'm far from a loner, though. I love spending time with people but only when I want to, which isn't really conducive to maintaining a relationship - in fact, it's barely even conducive to living with housemates, particularly if they're the sort of people who'll insist on hanging out just because they're bored, as if being in the same room as another person will somehow alleviate that boredom. (That said, I've been lucky with housemates, they've all been generally lovely and quite accepting of the whole 'personal space' thing.)

Three reasons:
1. Very little self-confidence
2. Very rusty social skills, also social anxiety
3. No frikin' clue how to actually go about pursuing females. ie. don't know how to date.

I asked a girl out once and got rejected.

Three things stop me from dating.
#1:I have low self esteem.So I feel that no woman should have to hate her self so much to actually date me.
#2:I have no real interest in any of the girls in my local area.
