It was more like trying to meet up and hang out then asking. The less I speak of it the better but that's all I can say.

Well, multiple reasons. For one, I am nonsexual/asexual.
I have also said I will never have children. As well as that I cannot have children.
Wouldn't want to anyway...
And I'm not exactly interested in having a relationship.

I seem to attract one of three times of woman.

1. Attractive yet vapid chicks with Daddy issues.
2. Fat goths who, despite their attempts to be edgy and individual may as well all be the same person.
3. Genuinely sweet girls who are just too young for me to date without feeling guilty and/or arrested.

I don't mind being single though. I imagine being in a relationship would require a degree of effort that I'm unable to put in at the moment anyway.

I've never understood this kind of complaint though. The majority of my friends who are in "proper" relationships (ie, have been together for over a year) had been friends for a while (in one case 5 years) before they started going out. Maybe it's the mindset of the geek types or just the incompatibility of the friends, I'm not sure...
