What I mean is, surely these two statements are equivalent to each other:
"It should be a crime if they're 15 or younger."
"It shouldn't be a crime if they're 16 or older."
Laying aside the whole issue of age of consent (which would make the first option a crime in the UK anyway) those two statements seem to be logically the same.
Its professionally inappropiate. Also a teen could see a teacher as a great partner due to the fact they know ''all the answers''. It needs to remain appart at least till they graduate.
