Unlikely, and here's why.
The online service is a total joke. The PS3's subscription service gives you so many benefits and goodies. (Free game every month sounds good to me) and even if I don't want that, I can still play online. For free.
Even the Wii U and the 3DS is above the Xbox 360 in terms of downloadable content. They release their games on a download service, day one, for a fairish price. And again, I can play online for free.
The Xbox 360's paid service nets me online multiplayer, party chat and...that's it. As far as I can tell, that's what I'm paying £40 a year for. I get bombarded with adverts (ON A PAID FUCKING SERVICE) and the benefits aren't nearly all that good (For updating my subscription, I get 200 MSPs...yaaaaaaaaaaay...) Bare in mind, most Arcade games cost 400-800 MSPs, so that's not all that great.
Granted, the Xbox has some exclusives, but even they are starting to die on me.
Halo: I liked Halo 4, but I see no reason to go back.
Gears: Never cared for it.
Minecraft: On the PC and it's so much better.
Forza is the only exclusive I actively enjoy playing.
The PS3 for example has exclusives that I want, like Little Big Planet and Metal Gear. On the PC, I can get more games for a cheaper price (Granted, hardware is an issue, but still).
Will I get a Xbox Infinity (If that's what it's called)? Probably not. I'll probably just get a better PC and stick to it. For the record, I'm having more fun on Animal Crossing right now that anything on my Xbox.
...except maybe Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed...that game is great.
