Depends if people I care about were ruled out. I'm not sure if I want to risk killing one of the few people I bother caring about. Otherwise, I'd push it enough times to live comfortably. Everyone dies eventually, I guess. But maybe not horribly.

If I could choose who dies. Totally. If random, nah. I could be killing a complete asshole, but I could also be killing a good person. Random is bad, and 100 bucks isn't that enticing. Maybe if it was a million and I REALLY needed the money to save someone's life... Maybe...

No, I would not. I have seen many different scenarios of this. One were the man went to hell for pushing it, as it was a test.
Hint: Hell is fiction.

Why not push the button? Could pay the rent, get some food, buy some games, and most likely kill some stupid people. Seems like a win situation. Now would this button also have a possibility of killing me though? That would make this decision a bit harder to make if it did.

Seriously, the moral aspect of it is all fail! The box couldn't possibly work in the first place & people die whether you push the button or not.

So why not make some money off some gullible sap?!
Bad logic. The people that would die are dying anyways. You're not substituting those deaths, you're adding onto them. That's like saying "people get shot to death all the time, so why shouldn't I shoot you?".

You really should have left it at a million dollars, like the movie you got this from. Thing is, unless you're crazy, no way is a hundred bucks worth a human life, but a million dollars, that is actually a serious decision. A billion dollars, and nobody would hesitate, and a thousand (or a hundred as you've said) and nobody would consider it. But a million dollars? That one's a bit more difficult.

As to the topic, as it is worded in the OP, no, no pressing from me. Again, offer me a million bucks, and I might just think twice about it.
I would not kill a random life without hesistation for a billion dollars, let alone a million. You seriously lack trust in human morality. Money is corrupting, and I couldn't ever simply press it once. I'd have to keep pressing it, and become consumed by my own greed.

I also see maybe doing it if the world became overpopulated. I could kill off a few assloads of random people and use the money to help cure something, or donate it, or whatever. It's a dark plan, but overpopulation will eventually kill us all if we don't stop it.

Although, that sudden income of money might be suspicious, so I think I'd get caught.

I thought "yes" when I saw the thread. Then I realised what it would most likely be about, since it's popular to kill people for money on this forum, and thought, "yeah, maybe", then I saw the sum of money, and even though I could put it to good use, I wouldn't do it. Too little for such a sacrifice, however minor it may seem at first glance.

No, I wouldn't do it even if offered million dollars. That is, if I were certain it would really kill a person. If someone really made that offer to me, I would think they are insane, and just push the button and take the money, since I wouldn't believe someone would die because of it. Or maybe I would just try to get away as fast I could and call the men in white coats to take him away.

I would push it a few thousand times and hope that none of my family members dies.

I'd go all Michael Flatley on that thing: I'd push it about one-hundred million times (with rests of course).

But that's only if I'm exempt from the button.

I think my answer depends on how the victims of my inevitable greed would croak it.

If it was in their sleep or spontaneous combustion = quite probably.

Drowning/burning or other nasty things = nope
