You really should have left it at a million dollars, like the movie you got this from. Thing is, unless you're crazy, no way is a hundred bucks worth a human life, but a million dollars, that is actually a serious decision. A billion dollars, and nobody would hesitate, and a thousand (or a hundred as you've said) and nobody would consider it. But a million dollars? That one's a bit more difficult.
As to the topic, as it is worded in the OP, no, no pressing from me. Again, offer me a million bucks, and I might just think twice about it.
I would not kill a random life without hesistation for a billion dollars, let alone a million.
You seriously lack trust in human morality. Money is corrupting, and I couldn't ever simply press it once. I'd have to keep pressing it, and become consumed by my own greed.
I also see maybe doing it if the world became overpopulated. I could kill off a few assloads of random people and use the money to help cure something, or donate it, or whatever. It's a dark plan, but overpopulation will eventually kill us all if we don't stop it.
Although, that sudden income of money might be suspicious, so I think I'd get caught.
