Do you expect me to believe this is not a set up? There is no way a kilogram of marijuana would be lying around. I put it down then start trying to find the cops so i can tell them that no one is that stupid. Regardless i don't smoke and don't wana risk selling it.

Yeah, first thought was this.

First, I'd run off laughing maniacally with the bag.

Then I'd call the police and tell them there's a giant pile of marijuana sitting out on the street.

Then I'd watch the headlines:

"Police score $50,000 worth of marujuana from a drug bust. They have placed the $20,000 worth of drugs under lockdown, and say that the medical sale of the $5,000 of marijuana will go a long way toward getting the department back to it's former glory."
