For a start, my console would be covered in the insurance so I can just get a new one. All the saves would be lost, but that just means I get to play all my favourite games again

To hell with that. Dog first, then my PC. The ps3 be damned I spent more money on my computer, not to mention the time spent building and fixing the damned thing.

also I don't own a dog, so my console is safe- not that I really care too much, I mostly play online, and it'll take more than a house fire to delete the internet- which is safe on top of big ben
