Firing squad as by UK law - anyone who survives Firing Squad is allowed to walk away. Its my best chance at survival.

We don't have any form of death penalty, so I don't know where on earth you pulled that from. I require a source.

I picked Firing Squad. The others are all just too grizzly. Especially guillotine. Beheadings weird me out. I think it's the noise that gets to me.

Firing squad sounds too risky, there's a good chance that you wont die straight away, instead receiving multiple hits to the torso and all your juicy organs.

I'd just want it to be quick. Guillotines have been known to fail, so that wouldn't be very fun. Electrocution would take a while, and hurt a lot. Probably lethal injection then? I'm just assuming it's like having your pet put to sleep if it is seriously ill - just slipping away into nothingness.

Firing squad because it's more fun.

And assuming that there will be more then one gun shooting at you, hence "squad", it'd be almost painless because the moment you get hit it's almost certain that at least one of the bullets cause a mortal wound that will finish you off instantly or close to that.

Lethal injection can be very painful, by the way. It only looks civil, but it's been recorded that many of such executions (despite already being something fairly barbaric to do) do not have the executionees properly drugged... So while they're practically paralyzed on the outside, they slowly and excruciatingly die from asphyxiation on the inside.
