Neon, I'd be willing to bet my left ass cheek that you have the highest post count, not just on The Escapist, but on any Themis Media site, seeing as the only other people to get over 10000 posts (to my knowledge) are Dingo, Portal, Max, Sanity and [user]MoonPenguin[/user] (he was a Warcry regular), and all of them have less posts than you.Neonbob said:

On topic, I don't really view post count, joined date or anything else as relevant when judging a user. I judge people by their posts and those alone, as those will give me a lot more information about them than some numerical value which could easily be misinterpreted when using it to judge the quality of a poster.
I find it hilarious how me, MaxtheReaper, and Neonbob all joined in December of 2008

Anyway, It doesn't really matter. The only time that I find it weird is when people are here for less than a week and have 1000 posts. I can just see them spazzing all over the keyboard

They're probably the only reason I have as many posts as I do (besides group chats), because they pulled me away from the off-topic section so much. Otherwise I'd spend just as much of my nights of insomnia here.

Well I joined in the summer and I have a little over on thousand now, but I don't really care about it. The only time I thought about my post count was when I had 666 posts, I took a screen shot just for fun.

I've been here for a while and have a very low post count. I wouldn't say I'm less knowledgeable than others though.

I think that Post counts are a sign of maturity (posting wise). People who are around long enough to do their first Gonzo post have shown that they are at least an acceptable poster (there are exceptions to this rule through).
