Deus Ex; Human Revolution had incredible atmosphere. As much as I disliked the actual game, the atmosphere was on a level I rarely experience in games.

Dragon Age 2 still had a few very funny banters between party members

Alan Wake had a nice scarf and the Twilight Zone style show you could watch on the in-game TVs was great.
