I'm now 100% convinced to pre-order the limited edition of Fable 3.

The only reason I don't want to is that they're releasing it in the last week of the month which is the one time I can't take time off work. The idea that it'll be sat on my doormat or on my desk while I'm stuck at work will drive me mad.

Uhh just tried it out, 3 faces about 10 hats and 10 suits, dont like it. When they get good customisation, I may take intrest but none of those villiger options would be allowed in my kingdom.

It's just an NPC creator. Fable 1 and 2 have shown that the common NPCs of Albion usually all look the same. Looks like Fable 3 won't be making any jumps in the genetics tree.

Is it one person per in-game character (I make a guy, and make that the guys perfect spouse, then I make a girl and make a random hermit as suggested in the topic) or it is one person who stays in all your games, kind of like a creepy dimension jumper? That's what I want to know.

It's actually not that good.

Only 3 faces, and most of the clothes look the same. Plus, they only ask 5 questions, out of a possible many more.

It actually feels really limiting compared to what they could have. I mean, they could have at least put effort into the way they person looks, if not anything else.

Still won't be getting it. Fable hasn't been fun for me since the first, so I'll need convincing.

Dude, you need to get Fable GoTY Edition, sit down for a few days and let it sink in. I shared the apprehension of many on my first play through, but trust me dude... It's like the official game of Black Sabbath.

OT: I'm not sure if I'll pre-order cause everything is bloody DLC and and XBox Live and all this new age crap these days... Gimme a proper hard copy of the game and let me hope it gets a GoTY.
