No, we are actually the result of what you experience with your various senses, mixed together in your imagination together with everything else to form a depiction of reality in your head that you can work with. so yes, we only exist in your imagination. there's nothing to prove. D:

No, you had it right, we're just figments of your imagination. However, I can make it all stop and let you see the real world for what it is and take you out of this dream. All you have to do is private message me your social security number and credit card information to prove that you really understand that this is a dream. Such information won't matter in the real world.

I'm a figment of your imagination a la Tyler Durden. Ergo, I am you. You exist. I exist through you.

"I dreamed I was a butterfly, flitting around in the sky; then I awoke. Now I wonder: Am I a man who dreamt of being a butterfly, or am I a butterfly dreaming that I am a man?" -Chuang tzu-

I have decided you are all fragments of my imagination. Prove to me that you aren't. Prove to me you exist. I am easily persuaded .

(i am not looking for pictures ,names , numbers or anything of the like. How does one prove their existance or the existance of others?)
I am carbon based life form that we call humans, I am not automated machine #4672357 model Orion designed to hide you from the fact your a battery for the collective.

Am I butterfly dreaming I'm a man? Or a bowling ball dreaming I'm a plate of sashimi? Never assume what you see and feel is real!

You mean existence, there I proved mine by correcting you.
Couldn't do that if I didn't.
Unless he has a subconscious knowledge of the correct spelling, in which case his own mind is correcting him using you as a construct. Nothing proven.
That is like saying my subconscious doesn't have correct spelling knowledge and yet I spell fine. Doesn't make sense. Have we even proved the subconscious exists. Ive only ever been conscious and unconscious while maybe dreaming.
If you prefer, you're that tiny little doubt about his spelling manifested in the form of an internet forum comment. There's still no proof that you're anything more than a tiny fragment of the OP's mind/memory.

Prove to you that I exist? I can't. I can only prove to myself that I exist.

But can you disprove that I exist?

Well there's two ways of looking at it.

Dubito ergo cogito ergo sum, or you simply ask yourself if the events you are watching are progressing in sequence. Dreams do not advance in sequence as they ought.

I kill therefore I am. It doesn't matter that if I exist or not. As long as i affect you.

Alternatively: I am God for if I don't exist you don't either. You are part of my imagination.

What if I kill the OP then.

It is summarily impossible to prove that anything exists except for oneself.
