I would assume it's because XBone puts all it's media behind the Live paywall, where as ANY PS4 user can access the porn app. One of my big reasons for getting a PS4 was not having to pay twice to watch Netflix and I'm sure that same logic resonates with porn users.

Because PC porn watching is expensive! You'll have to build a 2000$ rig with SLI'd 780 TIs in order to get the same porn-watching experience as a console. Not to mention controllers are clearly more precise at choosing your porno of choice as opposed to a mouse+keyboard. And console porn is guaranteed to just work, as opposed to PC porn where you may run into driver compatibility issues when running your favorite sexytime programs.

There were some states a while ago that mention it. When it comes to streaming PS4 games on Twitch, it's safe to say that most of those are using the PS4's built in streaming device seeing as the PS4 is HDCP encrypted so you can't use an HD Capture card unless you were to use an HDCP stripper.
