Didn't notice much. My voice broke over time, and hair started to grow. Never found anything mysterious about it. The hormones weren't too bad, either. Easily controllable.

Im still going through it. The only thing that pisses me off is the facial hair. Either it's not thick enough or it grows back in 3 days. This rapid muscle growth though is helping with working out though. Went from total fat fuck to fatty with muscle underneath in only a month or so!

But there was...*story about jerking off*
Oh but jerking off was the worst. It used to be nothing came out so it was so easy to hide. Then when globs of "stuff" came out it was like FUCK FUCK FUCK now I have to have tissues near me and stuff. I also started jerking off waaaay too early

I was glad it was happening. Puberty didn't even hit full swing for me until I was in like 10th grade. My dad was a late bloomer, I get it from him. My puberty was a slow burn and luckily I didn't get to many pimples. It wasn't so bad and I got what I wanted out of it. Didn't really negatively affect me or freak me out or anything. Although the voice cracking was annoying from time to time.

I didn't notice. I'm a 17 year old male currently, so possibly I'm still not noticing.
The only thing of puberty I ever noticed was quite personnel.
The only thing I noticed was my first ejaculation. I had masturbated before and had felt the pleasure of an orgasm while doing it but one day stuff came out the end. I was surprised but not worried. I'd been through sex ed. Was a bit strange though suddenly having to think about cleaning up after.

Most of puberty I only noticed after it had happened. Hair down there, growth of various things. Didn't notice them till a while after they had happened. One day it just occurred to me how much I had changed. If I had noticed I wouldn't have cared. I knew what was going on so I didn't panic.
Aside from the ejaculation thing, I had pretty much the exact same experience.

I was talking to my friends about this very thing not long ago, and we all said we couldn't imagine how anything looked before puberty anymore. Like, we couldn't imagine not having pubic hair. I guess it never really bothered me.

I didn't notice. I was properly taught to fear the evil coming of puberty. And I properly braced for it, with all the mental barriers I could put up. But nothing even happened.

I got pubes, and grew. Wow. Worst let down ever. I was expecting uncontrollable fits of rage, bulging muscles, full beard, teen angst. None of that happened.

It was pretty well overshadowed at the time by my mental issues coming to the fore. After three or four days of severe obsessive-compulsiveness, I broke down one night and my dad was trying to give me this reassuring "all this stuff happening to your body is normal" talk, and I was like "That's great, but that's not anything close to what I'm upset about."

I don't recall most of the rest of it being a big deal. I've always been tall for my age (finally ending up at 6'4") my family's not especially hairy, and my skin never got too bad. Never managed to get the whole dating/romance/sex thing figured out, though, and have pretty much stopped trying on that score.

I reacted by attempting futilely to not grow up and become an adult by stopping going to school.

Still recovering from that fuck-up...

Getting pubes was a little weird I seem to remember. The other thing that weirded me out was my first orgasm. I didn't really know what it was at the time as no-one had ever told me, and suddenly I got this really weird sensation like nothing I'd ever had before. I don't think I even enjoyed it it was so weird for me at the time.

I reacted by swallowing a tall can of "Notgivinaf**k" and looking forward to endless masturbation..
same here about no fucks given.
no real libido change since 8... which worried me because i hit puberty at mid-15, which is normal for my family's men. right now my legs are killing me because i'm having my final growth spurts. from 5'4 up to 5'9-6'3.

I knew about all the stuff would happen, especially considering that I went through it a bit later than everyone else. By the end my reaction was, "well, that was bloody anticlimactic".

The actual physical changes haven't done me much bad, in fact, I kind of like the fact that I have a deep voice.

However I have become victim to sudden mood swings between happiness and total misery, not helped much by how much I loathe school. It's okay though, they won't keep me in there forever.

Like most on here, it was kinda a non event.

All the usual things happened, but was fortunate enough to totally escape acne. I barely had any spots at all, so that helped I guess.

I did grow like a ************ though, I was about 6 feet 1 at 16, and in 4 years I've barely grown an inch.

Well, I didn't really notice it until my voice got deeper and I could no longer do voice impersonations of high-pitched individuals. I did the zits-thing, the hormones-thing, the w-d-thing, and so on and so forth. Kind of glad it's over, because I had parents that got excited when I got a zit on my face and would always want to pop it.

Also, I got an e when I was in class that I completely didn't realize until later on that day. I wasn't embarrassed because I was told that it was impressive for my age.

I'm only 17 and I can't remember, so that probably says that I didn't care when it started.
Am I allowed to steal his answer?
Because if so, I am stealing his answer.

It really didn't bother me, why should it have? It certainly didn't affect my temper. The main difference was the fact that my mind became dirty as all hell, but considering my friends, that is a good thing.

I actually reacted with very little shock or surprise which in and of itself is surprising seeing as I was 9 years old when I hit puberty, and I hit it hard.

I didn't really care about it. I was busy with tennis, judo, soccer and school. I do remember thinking American Highscool-movies were retarded because there was always a super nerdy person in them.
I've always been one of the most nerdiest persons in my vicinity but as I said before; I did ALOT of sports. For a while I did tennis, judo and soccer at the same time but I quit one(can't remember which) because it was tiresome to only have free time for friends on wednesday.

I'm one of those who doesn't get stressed out easily. If I can't do anything about some thing, why stress about it?

You could just borrow or copy it, no need to steal.

To be honest I don't remember a lot of things about puberty. Like the deepening of my voice I never really noticed it just kinda happened, and the hair that grew in my lower regions never really fazed me, I can actually barely remember it happening, even though I'm only 21.
Sounds like me, but I just turned 22 :p
