I was annoyed at the rate of growth of my facial hair until I finished school, whereupon I could simply allow myself to grow a beard, rather than shaving daily, and occasionally still being told that I need to shave by lunchtime.

Also, unprompted erections. Those were annoying. And occasionally still are.

For me it was so slow going I didn't really notice it happening. The only noticeably sudden thing would be a.. uh... specific place for pubic hair. I remember looking down and thinking "Well this has got to go. Where did it come from".

Didn't help that I was significantly shorter (and girlier and weaker...) than most people. The only people I noticed myself getting taller against were grandparents.

The spots were annoying. Didn't notice them coming in, but I'm glad to see they've now gone.

I reacted by attempting futilely to not grow up and become an adult by stopping going to school.

Still recovering from that fuck-up...
I Like your style of thinkign there!

OT: I dont really give a shit, I mean I hated my voice and hearing all the little kids on the bus makes be understand why people find their voices annoying when your my age XD

At that age, I had plenty of other things to worry about than puberty. Like if I was going to survive the next time my enemies decided to pick a fight with me to get back at me for hurting them the previous instance.

I got in early, grew to be a head taller than my classmates and got scar-like ruptures all over.

That sucked.

I found a whole new way to entertain myself when bored so I can't say puberty was that traumatic. The mood swings sucked though. Fuck hormones.

Boners.

A ton of them.

You couldn't have beaten away that relentless boner.

If my puberty boners had been the final boss to a game, that game would get obliterated by reviews for having an impossibly hard boss.

If my penis was a magic card when I was that young it would have been indestructible and had rampage.

I can't tell you how many hours of my life were lost to that monster. Even now he whispers in my ear. Fantastic tales of spaceships and cosmic orgies.

I truly am Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Boner.

Didnt mind the voice-drop and growing to a length of six feet.
But getting pimples short before my 18th was a bummer. the doctor solved it for a bit but still I won't like it. (21 now)

Oh and the emoing was a little scary but looking back its a little funny :D

I started at 12 and enjoyed being bigger, hairier and having a deeper voice than most of my contemporaries.

The only problem is a grew too fast and still have the stretch marks everywhere

Hmm. You know, I can't actually remember a time before it. I've had a deep voice since about Year 5, hair a short while after, boners every goddamn maths lesson in primary school and somehow I knew all about what puberty was and what sex is waay before I was 10-11. Odd.
I've already got everything on my puberty checklist apart from broad shoulders and chest hair. The only things I really wanted. T.T

Fairly typically. The whole gay thing was odd to deal with at first, also the stretchmarks that I still really don't like. Who gets stretchmarks on their knees? Me, that's who. :(

By puberty, do you mean the time I jumped from 50 kilograms to 78 kilograms in the space of six months after the testosterone acted as a natural steriod and propelled my bodybuilding regiment? If not I did not notice any difference. (except the beard)

Yeah, I didn't really think about it. I actually have really good skin, so I got a pimple every now and then, but no acne or anything. I think I was just more annoyed that I was all adult-ish now, so I actually had to think about things like shaving my legs and wearing a bra and putting on deodorant...you know, stuff that's just routine at this point. I think the most upsetting thing was being 14 and the doctor telling me my growth plates were closed. I totally thought I'd hit at least 5'9 or 5'10, since my parents are both taller than that, but I'm 5'5". Kinda killed my basketball dreams.

But yeah. It wasn't really a big deal.

...Well, I got some pads, grabbed some Oreos, and watched TV. It was the most anti-climactic thing ever. I got the talk when I was 7, and my period when I was 15. I was like, wow, I finally reached the threshold level of Leptin required for GnRH release, fun times. (My talk was far more mechanistically focused than most Sex Ed tends to be)
