Yeah, but only as a cameo, him as Bond wouldn't work.

OT: I'd like to see Craig return to the role, considering he has only had two so far, and QoS was very weak in comparison to the other films.
If Craig doesn't reprise the role though, I'd have to say I wouldn't mind david Tennant in the role, or some of the various other actors suggested, like Michael Fassbender or Jude LAw (Those are just the ones I can call to mind right now)

I wouldn't be able to bear if there was a non-WASP[footnote]This is just as a figure of speech, especially considering David Tennant and Michael Fassbender are from outside of England.
Sean Connery is Scottish too, but I won't extend this any further, in case it gets silly.[/footnote] Bond, just because he fits nearly all of the (Positive) quintesential British stereotypes, including looking damn fine in a suit, but an American Bond wouldn't be able to pull off the sophistication and accent as convincingly as a native Briton.

Keep Daniel Craig. I'm interested in what Will Smith would do with the role (Will Smith? Being serious for once? Hmmmm...), but not interested enough to throw away an actor that just plain WORKS.

If you only suggest Will Smith for equality purposes, then shouldn't we also suggest females who could fill the part?

MICHAEL CAIN! Yes he's old, yes he was already in a bond film (I think) and yes he'd break a hip doing stunts, but he's SO brilliant.

Hmm...
I think Simon Templeman would be an interesting choice.

Here is his voice-acting career (or at least the bits that I'm aware of):

Kain from the Legacy of Kain series

Logaine from Dragon Age: Origins

and

Admiral Han'Gerrel from Mass Effect 2.

I'm thinking Simon Pegg..if they made him act like he did in Hot Fuzz (yes i know they're just parodies and he's being goofy about them but imagine if he did that serious)

Gerard Butler. I think he would do a great job in role. Personally thinks he really looks the part to.

No one who isn't British.

James Bond movies are (obviously) movies about the character James Bond who originated from the books, James Bond as a character has a set description and is a British character, while there can be some variation (such as Daniel Craig's hair colour) James Bond cannot be portrayed by anyone who does not personify the character as laid down by his creator, if they tried it would be Bond in name only (though it could be debated that Quantum of Solace was Bond in name only)

I would really prefer Daniel Craig stay as Bond for a while longer. Casino Royale was a fantastic movie and Quantum of Solace was not all that bad, just a little too action focused for my tastes.

Let's go back in time and get a young Sean Connery. I love Sean Connery and he will always be my favorite Bond, and one of my favorite actors ever.

EDIT: Seems I've been Ninja'd, but I think I'm the first to suggest time travel.
