I was wondering when this was going to come out after the ending of the third. I will probably enjoy it more with the lack Knightly and Bloom. I kinda like the fact that Barbosa and Jack have teamed up on a more permanent basis. That could be fun.

I am open to being impressed, but this one doesn't even really try. It's the Call of Duty (or for non-shooters, Guitar Hero) of movies, bleed it out and people will come see it just for that reason. "OMGZ Jack Sparrow!!!" is what they're making their cash with right now.

I voted for other, in this case:

"What? New Pirates of the Caribbean?"

Apparently I spent the last couple of days under a rock, and I don't know anything about it.
Me too, I'm always under a rock when it comes to movies, I never know when one's coming out until I see a commercial on TV.

I know I'm going to watch it, but I won't pay any money. I'd totally be willing to put up with the original cast running a francise into the ground, but a new director?

A new director and a new supporting cast. Maybe these will help the franchise, but my hopes are not high.

I'll watch anything with Johnny Depp. Once. As much as I enjoy the Capt. Jack Sparrow character as portrayed by Mr. Depp, I feel that the time has come and gone to put the final nail in the PotC coffin.

I liked 3rd Pirates way more then the 2nd and way more then the 1st. Hopefully I'll enjoy this one way more then all of these. What happened to those other 2 though, Will Turner and whats-her-face? My guess is they live happily ever after :p

Oh wait but hes still... Ah nevermind people only ever went for Johnny Depp

Meh, it could be good, but will probably be bad. I just don't think it can even be called Pirates of the Caribbean any more, just make a spin off called The Adventures of Jack Sparrow. I'd watch that easily. At least they still have Sparrow and He's a Pirate, so I'll watch it.

Meh. I'm both surprised and not surprised that this was going to happen. I was a bit surprised because I thought At World's End would be the last of the series, but I wasn't too surprised because then I realized it would only make sense, being such a big hit, that Disney would have no choice but to milk it out. Does it look good? Again, meh. It doesn't look bad, but it doesn't get me excited at all for it. I might see it if I have absolutely nothing else to do in my free time, but chances are no.
